Raised in a working-class Latino household, he saw firsthand how language barriers, lack of access, and economic inequality prevented his community from receiving the care it deserved. From a young age, he made a promise: "When I make it, I'm going to come back for everyone else."

Carlos sought to learn from the best. He studied longevity and preventative medicine in one of the world's rare Blue Zones—regions known for their extraordinary health and longevity. There, he understood that true healing goes beyond prescription drugs. It includes purpose, connection, nutrition, rest, and culture.

Carlos founded a luxury wellness and longevity center serving CEOs, celebrities, and high-level professionals. His programs have helped hundreds of people heal from burnout, inflammation, hormonal imbalance, and emotional disconnection.
