The membership fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, as such fee is used to cover the operational costs of the platform and the medical team responsible for performing the mandatory medical evaluation.

In the event that, following the medical review, no prescription is issued, the amount charged for the medication will be fully refunded to the user, using the same payment method originally used, unless technically impossible.

However, once a prescription has been approved and the medication has been shipped and successfully delivered, the medication cost shall not be refundable under any circumstances, except where expressly required by applicable law.
